Marketing Officer
As a Marketing Officer within the Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs team you will be delivering the multi-channel marketing plans and strategies, promoting and driving sales for the Shared Ownership, market sale and lettings teams.

A highly varied role but with a predominant focus on our market sale and lettings programme, you will work on a range of marketing activities to deliver the marketing activity for hundreds of new homes a year, including digital and online, social media, content, campaigns and events, all whilst keeping our customers at the forefront of what we do. Working alongside the Marketing Manager and your comms & marketing team colleagues, you will always target a high level of customer engagement, both for our internal and external customers, and ensure we meet the strategic and business objectives of the Sales, Lettings and Development teams.

We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with excellent planning, communication and creative skills. You must be adept at multi-tasking and therefore have excellent time management skills. The reporting aspect of marketing is just as important as the front-end output, so you’ll also have good analytical and written skills, working on web traffic stats, campaign analysis and identifying when you need to adapt or amend your marketing to get the results required. Demonstrable experience in a sales environment is a must, ideally in property although this aspect is not essential.

Lettings Officer
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our expanding team as we significantly grow the lettings side of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation whilst we develop our brand delivering superb new homes to customers.

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate a strong sales or lettings focus including marketing of homes within the private rented sector or on the private sales market. In this role you will be working with a range of professionals coordinating new projects, liaising with developers and project managers. This is a commercially focused role and you must be confident to use your own initiative in problem solving, negotiating and working to targets.

For this role you must be highly motivated and enthusiastic with resilience, sensitivity and the ability to work under pressure whilst offering the highest standards of customer service. There will be an element of remote working whilst on site therefore you must be very well organised with excellent attention to detail, have good IT skills and be an excellent communicator.
